PIETRO COPPOLECCHIA grew up in Milan, Italy and began working in the industry at a very young age. At the age of 18 he moved to Los Angeles and graduated in Cinematography from Chapman University, Dodge College of Film and Media Arts. His short film For The Love I Show won Best Short at HollyShorts Film Festival and received Special Mention at the Filmmaker Festival Milan. He started working in the camera department for directors of photography such as Yorick Le Saux (Only Lovers Left Alive), Fabio Cianchetti (The Dreamers), Guillaume Schiffman (The Artist), and directors like Luca Guadagnino (I Am Love) and Xavier Koller (Journey of Hope). He later moved to Mexico City and began directing his own projects in between short films, documentaries, and music videos. He now lives in New York City working as a director on a variety of projects.
