ELI SNYDER

Hailing from Pasadena, California, ELI SNYDER grew up in a filmmaking family and found that he had a natural passion for storytelling. He began his career as a child actor in films such as 300, Watchmen, and Sucker Punch. His move behind that camera came once he attended UCLA where he studied film and played football. His UCLA thesis film, Interlude, won best short at the 2019 Flickers’ Rhode Island International Film Festival and later played in PBS’ encore series. Following his graduation, he briefly worked as a camera assistant on commercials and films before attending the American Film Institute. He went on to direct four short films including Aves, which was recently selected for CAA Moebius, a showcase highlighting the top student films across the country. Most recently, he directed the second unit for the Netflix feature film, Rebel Moon.
